First, customer will need to send us the drawings of your parts, a PDF file or a step/igs/x_t file, and tell us more about the parts, their function or what is it for, and the part working condition, then we will send the quote within 1 business day after we have the info we need.

After the initial communication, a quote will be provided, and then we discuss with the customer regarding all the details of the project and the design and everything is confirmed at this stage. So next we can move forward with prototyping to test the parts/products before going to tooling, but in some cases, the customer may skip this and go ahead with tooling directly. 

We will start the mold design and go to the tooling process, which mostly it includes CNC machining, wire cutting, EDM machining, polishing, etc...

Once the mold is completed, then we can start the sampling and see if the mold works well. First, we will check both the mold and product, then ship the sample if everything is good. Basically, the customer can get the sample within 3 business days, and we can wait if the sample is good to go, or sometimes the customer may want to make a little change, and we adjust the mold and run samples again until we get the approval for production.

After the sample is approved by the customer, we will move into mass production. Once production is done we will again do the quality check and finish the packaging.

We will let the customer know the timeline during the whole process, and arrange shipping after they say yes. Mostly air shipping takes 10-15 days, and sea shipping takes 25-40 days depending on the shipping tunnel and destination countries.
